Due to its expectorant properties and mucilage content Fenugreek has also been used to support an irritated throat and coughs.

Trigonella foenum-graecum (Fenugreek) seed 529mg

Other ingredients: Silicon dioxide, magnesium stearate

DIRECTIONS

Take one to two capsules with a meal three times daily.

CAUTION

Not recommended for use during pregnancy
Take two hours away from all prescription medications
Odour of Fenugreek may be detected in the taste of breast milk but only if you exceed the recommended dosage.
