Harmony® Balance – PreMenstrual Salvation for the relief of symptoms of Premenstrual Syndrome (PMS) (Was previously Harmony® PMS) Harmony® Balance is a combination of 4 vital herbs, plus Vitamins D3 and B6, which are traditionally used to relieve the symptoms of premenstrual syndrome, menstrual cramps and to help regulate the menstrual cycle.
Ingredients
Each Tablet Contains: Extracts equiv. to dry: Vitex agnus-castus (Chaste Tree) 175mg Angelica polymorpha (Dong Quai) 2gm Paeonia lactiflora (Peony) 2gm Bupleurum falcatum root 1gm Vitamin D3 150IU (Cholecalciferol) 3.75ug Vitamin B6 (from Pyridoxine hydrochloride) 25mg Also contains*: Calcium hydrogen phosphate, Cellulose – microcrystalline, Croscarmellose sodium, Hypromellose, Silica – colloidal anhydrous, Magnesium stearate, Chlorophyllin – copper complex, Carnauba wax, Tablet coating – proprietary ingredient Pl 4029.
Free from: Wheat, gluten, dairy. *Excipients used in Harmony PMS are all naturally derived and are not in doses high enough to have a therapeutic effect.
Directions
Starting dose: 2-3 tablets per day, continuously for 2–3 months, reduce to maintenance dose as symptoms improve. Maintenance dose: 1-2 tablets per day, ongoing. Or take directed by your healthcare practitioner Tablets can be taken with water or juice, before meals or at least one hour after meals.
Warnings
Discontinue use if pregnancy occurs or you develop sensitivity to the formula. If you are taking a course of contraceptive medication, inform your prescribing practitioner that you have commenced Harmony PMS.
