A magnesium oxide and magnesium sulphate blend paired with soothing herbs to support regular healthy bowel movements. This formulation attracts water into the bowel to soften stools and the herbal extracts of fennel and aloe vera provide soothing and settling qualities for the bowel. Take as directed daily for regular support.

Rapid dose: Adults: take 4 capsules 2 to 3 times a day.
Mild dose: Adults: take 4-5 capsules a day.
Dosage requirements may vary for each individual.

General Note
Mg Lax has a hyperosmotic effect, it draws water into the bowel to soften stool, thus making it easier to pass. Best taken between meals or on an empty stomach for optimal effect.
For best bowel regularity, drink 2-3 litres of water daily.
