Adults: Rub a teaspoon sized amount of cream onto the skin. Before sleep time gently massage onto neck, shoulders and legs. *During pregnancy, use after the first trimester.
Children: Half the dosage for children 6-12 yrs (1/2 teaspoon size) and quarter the dosage for children under 6 yrs (1/4 teaspoon size).
Not suitable for babies under 6 months.
For restless legs: massage onto thighs & calves. Reapply if need to during the night.
